Program Description:
What does it mean to lead? Are there natural born leaders? Can leadership be taught? Throw out everything you thought you knew—Leaders Without Titles challenges the way we determine who our leaders should be and uncovers the factors that really influence the ability to lead. In this intensive, hands-on training, managers from any
profession will discover and learn to proactively use the six leadership competences that are the true foundation for leadership success.

This training provides educational experiences that helps current and potential leaders develop knowledge and abilities in the six competencies of human functioning. Leaders Without Titles is different from the typical leadership-by-lecture training that focuses on leadership theories, strategies, styles and “the rules.” Instead, the curriculum addresses personal development in the six competencies, emphasizing a “human technology” approach versus a “human knowledge” approach.

Instructor:
Dr. Steve Sampson, Sampson Testing & Training Founder and CEO, has been teaching social intelligence, conflict resolution and interpersonal skills for nearly 40 years. He is a nationally recognized Master Trainer in Interpersonal Communications Skills and has presented to more than 300 organizations in 40 states. He is author of the book Leaders Without Titles.
