This program is suitable training for managers and supervisors at levels from any profession, as well as individuals who want to develop and/or improve leadership success.

Program Description:
Most supervisors spend 80% of their time dealing with the problems, issues and concerns of 20% of their employees which often result in taking some form of remedial or corrective action. Most supervisors say they are helpless or unable to effectively deal with the “problem employee” and while complaining, they choose to ignore these employees.

Participants will acquire the skills to deal with the “problem employee” using a meaningful process and have a better understanding of these areas:

  • A Problem of Supervision?
  • Categories of Employees
  • Identifying the Traits
  • Where Supervision Fails
  • Making a Difference on the line
  • Making a Difference at the top

$350.00 per participant (includes lunch)
