Program Description:
Most supervisors spend 80% of their time dealing with the problems, issues and concerns of 20% of their employees which often result in taking some form of remedial or corrective action. Most supervisors say they are helpless or unable to effectively deal with the “problem employee” and while complaining, they choose to ignore these employees.
Participants will acquire the skills to deal with the “problem employee” using a meaningful process and have a better understanding of these areas:

Instructor:
Mark E. Kissel, Sampson Psychological Testing & Training Master Trainer, has over 45 years of experience working on all levels of law enforcement both nationally and internationally, and served 20 years as Chief of Police for the Cherokee Co. School District (GA). He has taught criminal justice management and other related courses at Georgia State University and is recognized as a senior instructor by the Georgia Peace Officer Standards and Training Council.
